Work Terms
|
AHS Systems Proposal and Ethics Policy:
All work performed by AHS Systems Inc will be verified by written contract. We will assess all project bids for validity and potential pitfalls (project elements that may have not been considered by the client) and a full proposal will be submitted to the client prior to beginning any work.
We feel it is our job to provide our clients with an accurate estimate; therefore, our clients will not be charged for additional hours of work that are required to complete the job, and that are not part of new customer requested additions.
Deposit & Payment Terms:
For Jobs less than $5000:
All programming, web site development, photography and Graphic Design jobs require 35% of the quoted total to be paid prior to the start of any work.
- A second payment will be made upon delivery of approved concepts or a project mid-point agreed to by client and AHS.
- Final payment will be made upon completion of the site. Site will not be made live (if hosted with us), and/or source code will not be delivered until completion of this payment.
For Jobs over $5000:
A 35% deposit will be required, however additional payments will be required on a weekly basis based on hours worked. Every week you will be invoiced based on hours completed during that time period. Payment will be due upon receipt. The remaining amount will be due upon the completion of the job.
