I can work at both a flat or hourly rate. I prefer to have a daily status update but I am flexible to provide weekly summary if the project is longer than a few weeks. I prefer to have honest and up front discussions about expectations prior to beginning work. I provide a detailed list of expected deliverables and show these in an agile manner to ensure the end product does not require massive change.
