When your requirement involves constant monitoring and comprehensive modifications, we provide you with a cheaper solution called Offshore Cubicle program, where in you maintain your own team of developers at low cost, who can be controlled by you in every aspect of the development. Offshore Cubicle is a closed, sound-proof, expandable cubicle in a remote location (Rifluxyss dev lab in Chennai, India). Each cubicle will be fitted with its own network, electrical wiring, firewall, computers, printers etc.

Mr. Jayamohan took charge of the opportunity to setup the U.S operations of Rifluxyss Softwares in 2008 and he has been successful in setting up the fully owned subsidiary in Union City, CA according to the plan. As the Operations Manager of the company, he is currently concentrating on building the right team according to the business plan. He manages the entire team and leads them in devising strategies for the changed business market. He reports to the management board of Rifluxyss Softwares LLC in relation to the company's vision, goals and all key activities undertaken to take Rifluxyss reach these goals.
Mr. Jayamohan is one of the directors and board member of Rifluxyss Softwares Private Limited. He is in charge of all the aspects related to the technical team and the technology involved. Moreover, he is the operational head of the sales team, directing them to the potential market and the services and products that would be the major scope of the coming years.
Mr. Jayamohan is a Computer Engineer (Bachelor of Technology) graduated from the Cochin University of Science and Technology. In November and December 1998, he successfully completed various certification exams conducted by Microsoft for its own core windows products and was awarded Microsoft Certified Solution Developer status. He also undertook a very comprehensive personality development program in MILT, the leadership training wing of the U.S based Dale Carnegie Institute of Leadership Training. |

Mr. Mohanan Nair is the Managing Director of Rifluxyss Softwares both in US as well as India operations. He has a substantial business experience of over 35 years. Though his initial experience was in the banking industry as he has worked in a leading multinational bank in the capacity of Regional Manager, he resigned this position to start his own chemical business in the year 1993, following his interest from his college days (he got his Bachelor of Science graduation in the year of 1969). Over a period of 15 years, he opened different business spanning different industries like health, hospitality, information technology as well as chemicals. Currently he is actively leading Rifluxyss to its next growth phase.
When he is not working, he avidly follows his hobby of coin collection. He is a member of various leading coin collectors guild. Other times, he is busy with his grand daughters Shreya and Dhyeya. |

Work Terms

Rifluxyss Support Guarantee: We offer a Three (3) months FREE Online Support to all the project we undertake. This support will include any and all bug rectification, training and minor modifications that needs to be accomplished on the delivered system.
Rifluxyss Communication Guarantee: We guarantee that every mail send to us will be replied within 48 hours maximum. We also guarantee that every phone call will be returned within 24 hours on any normal working day. Every help-desk support issue will be attended within 24 hours from raising of the issue.
Rifluxyss Working Agreement: We will create a contract with all the agreed items as well as the project details and submit it for client acceptance. Once it is accepted, both the parties will sign it.
Rifluxyss Payment Terms: We have a ZERO (0) Dollar Advance Scheme that provides a safe avenue for you to experience our service before paying. Every project will be split into mile-stones and the detailed proposal will have a mile-stone based estimate. Before commencement we require you to create an Guru Escrow of the first milestone estimate, and on delivery and acceptance of the milestone, you can release the Escrow. Further payments can use the Guru SafePay service.
Payment Method: We are happy to accept payment by Guru Safepay, Guru Escrow, Wire transfer and Paypal.
