Work Terms

Work Location

I prefer to work from my own office where I am very well equipped and have all my tools and computing environments readily available. I also need to be available to service any existing customers that I have. I do realize that there may be the need to commute to the customer's site for various reasons, and am willing to do that if the destination is within a reasonable driving distance (I reside in the Houston area).

Payment Method

I prefer the use of the SafePay Escrow service offered. For shorter projects, one payment can be done at project completion. For longer assignments, a bi-weekly payment would be appreciated.

Communication

I find email to be the most efficient form of communication between myself and my clients because I use Outlook extensively for organization and day planning. I monitor my emails continually during the day. However, voice communication is invited on a scheduled basis (normally same day) when discussion is needed.

Availability

I am in the office from 6am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday. I do most of my "nose to the grindstone" work in the mornings and generally try to schedule meetings and other customer interactions for the afternoons. I am reachable by email after hours and on weekends.
