I have nine years of experience in both Software Development and Organizational Modeling. I have the unique ability to quickly understand business functions and work flows and then translate those into software requirements.
My projects have always focused on business needs first. I believe technology is only a method to enhance, expedite and enforce existing or desired business practices.
In my work I am highly focused on the extension and customizations of existing applications. I have customized application such as large ERP programs down to the standard MS Office apps.
My database experience ranges from writing MS Access based application for small business to developing terabyte sized datawarehouses for large manufacturing corporations.
At this time a majority of my projects have revolved around the customization of open-source applications such as SugarCRM, Vtiger, OS Commerce, dotproject and others. These technologies allow smaller companies to quickly implement solutions and larger companies can model and pilot applications before taking on proprietary projects.
