Custom Access to PDF solution
Description:
This client needed a 2 two step solution. The first was a PHP and MySQL script which allows any form data to be sent to it. The script would store the data in the table specified in the form data and create the table if needed.
The second solution was an Access 2000 Visual Basic Application which would connect to the MySQL data. This database would allow the client to map the user data in any of the tables to a set of PDF forms and then dynamically fill in the PDF forms with the form data.

Description:
Registration system for the University of Connecticut. It handles all course and conference registrations that PeopleSoft is not able to. The system is a suite of utilities to generate registration forms, validate them, manage users and process applications. There is a search and statistics modules built in. The system is written completely in Perl and I am now currently converting it to PHP for the University. (The URL is to a generated registration forms as the system is password protected)
