This principle is what drives my software development methodology. Too often software devlopment is guided more by what the developer thinks the customer needs rather than what the customer is really expecting.
Even more important is delivering a cost effective, quality solution while maintaining consistent and open communication with the customer. Too much time and money is wasted because of assumptions by either party.
My 7 years of help desk and computer network experience provide a solid technical basis for the software development I have been doing over the last 3 years. Payment Method:
The preferred method of payment is via Safepay. This means the acceptable forms of payment include Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds and enables you to earn Loyalty Dollars.
Communication:
The frequency of communication can be suited to each customers need. Ideally there should be at least bi-weekly discussions on project progress to make sure everything is on track and to make adjustments. Project scope & time adjustments will be made
on a case by case basis to ensure timely project delivery time.
Availability:
Regular office hours - i.e. 8AM-5PM EST
Additional availability as needed for weekdays & weekends.
