Work Terms

I am available to work 20 to 30 hours a week, flex-time. The best time for phone conferences is by appointment, Monday through Friday, 9am to noon, Eastern Time.

I prefer that employers use the Guru 1099 service to simplify tax arrangements. I prefer to work through Guru's SafePay Escrow. When the client pays through SafePay, I accept payment by check, e-check, or wire transfer.

For new clients, I require a $1000 non-refundable retainer. Invoices are in 10 hour increments, with payment due upon receipt. The client and I communicate on time estimates and plan approvals at each phase, to make sure the project meets the client's needs.
