Work Terms

Below are summary of my work ethics.

(i) Preference is given to projects that have direction (detailed by document specifications of what is required).
(ii) A review of the specifications with client and possible citing of example jobs if related
(iii) A proposal will be sent to client so both parties (client and myself) are on the same page as to what the contracts is
(iv) Payment Plans and schedules are quite flexible but will be proposed by me. They could be in the 25%, 50 %, 25% or 50%,50% combination - all depending on the complexity and timelines of the projects.
(v) Development is typically on my server, and client is able to follow the development in real time to ensure that the job is done during the life cycle. Client may be a part of the development if they choose especially with choice of interface amendments etc.
(vi) Once satifaction has been expressed system is moved to Clients environment or hosted by Me (if Client chooses). Final payments are made and manuals are issued.
(vii) Amendments to projects can be done without extra charge is amendements are within the original context of the project (e.g bugs), but additional modules may be charged depending on ease of implementation.
