Highlights
|
The
most
relevant of my qualifications are education and work experience. In
May of 1998, I received an M.B.A. with a concentration MIS. My employment
experience includes positions with two
Fortune 500 companies as well as several startups. In all
of these roles, I managed key resources and achieved or surpassed
goals. I have also worked for 3 software engineering companies. During my time at these
companies I have gained considerable knowledge and experience in
software
development (Java, .Net, C++, Web technologies), project management,
and
database design and development (MS SQL Server and Oracle). In
addition, direct
communications with clients have allowed me to hone my interpersonal
skills.
I am currently employed as the lead architect at Rulestream and as a professor of web development at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In both these roles, my work has utilized the latest open source and Microsoft technologies. As the lead architect at Rulestream, I have designed and am implementing a system that consists of a Microsoft WinForm application that communicates to Java Web Services hosted on an JEE Application Server. As a professor of web development, my course teaches students how to develop a database driven e-commerce website using ASP.Net.
