WORK HOURS
I'm available evenings and weekends.

COMMUNICATION
My preferred communication method is email. I'm can also be available by phone, usually after 4:00 PM on weekdays or by appointment on weekends.

GUARANTEE
Once a project is delivered, if you find a defect (programming bug or failure to meet written specifications we've agreed to) within 60 days, I'll correct it at no cost, or refund your payment.

PAYMENT
I prefer to use Guru.com's SafePay escrow and to receive payment by check, e-check or wire transfer. However, we can make other arrangements if necessary.

OWNERSHIP OF CODE
Ownership of code varies from project to project. If we don't make specific arrangements to the contrary, you'll own any code I produce specifically for your project, and I'll own any reusable "utility" code applicable to multiple projects. I'll license any such reusable code to you, royalty-free and in perpetuity, for use in your project, but not for resale or creation of derivative works.
