I feel that the customer should be able to reach me readily, my email is always open when I am at the computer. I will respond immediately if possible to any queries. Due to my hearing impairment, email is the preferred method of communication as well as AIM, YM and ICQ. I am available over the phone between the hours of 9AM to 9PM EST Mon-Sat for business purposes.
