I have 10 years working IT experience from the help desk floor up. I have touched a little bit of everything in my 10 years.

· Utilize proprietary mainframe code to help develop financial statements, and invoices for various financial documents. Use PERL, DB2 and various mainframe tools to sync up beta environment from production.
· Worked with users and fix agents inside and outside of the United States. Worked with users in India, Brazil, Mexico and Philippines. Traveled to various cities in the U.S to perform onsite support for customers.
· Be a single point of contact for major service, and high revenue impacting outages that range from thousands to millions of dollars of lost revenue. Issues could range from simple network outages, enterprise wide virus situations, to customer kidnapping situations.
· Helped coordinate remediation for the SQL Slammer virus for 4 data centers. Working with vice presidents, directors and technical resources to achieve remediation. Total estimated cost of SQL slammer virus was 2 million dollars.
· Used technical troubleshooting skills working mainframe, mid-range, hardware, network, software and virus outages. Performed post-mortem reviews when necessary. |
