Communication:
All forms of communication are acceptable. Specific arrangements can be negotiated. All communication is beneficial and promotes maximum understanding
Projects should be agreed upon in writing (e-docs ok). Alterations in project design may result in alteration of project price, within reason
General Availability:
By appointment or prior arrangement only
Easy access via E-Mail or other arrangement
Payment Method:
SafePay Escrow is an option for the first payment
Purchase orders and signed contracts may be used as well to guarantee payment
Otherwise, there will be a 1.5% premium expected when price is negotiated. These may be negotiable depending on company rank and proof of payment history
Second payment: Invoicing is the preferred method for additional payments
Safe Pay payments:
Check, E-Check, or Wire-Transfer of funds are preferred
Paypal payments are also acceptable, however there will be a 3% premium that will need to be added on to the amount agreed upon for the convienience

NDA's are standard practice. Confidentiality is a foremost priority.
Confidentiality notes:
Certain previously developed code libraries that may be integrated with your project may be considered public domain, and as such, a confidentiality agreement would not apply to those segments. Code will be clearly divided, such that code that is unique to your project is isolated from public domain code.
All work is guaranteed. Maintenance agreements are negotiable.
