Consultant, Ajilon, November 2001 – December 2001 · Developed forms within an existing system consisting of MS Access 97 GUI using a SQL database in order to standardize data for Ajilon client, Harley Davidson. Computer Programmer, TransCore, March 1999 –September 2001 · Developed over 30 stored procedures to corroborate test data during Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) acceptance testing for Reporting System of E-ZPass system. · Developed and implemented a database using SQL Server 7.0 with Crystal Reports 8.5 and MS Visual Basic 6.0 designed GUI to track Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission E-ZPass customer accounts with Credit Card or ACH Declines and Manual Replenishment accounts with insufficient funds. This system consists of 9 SQL Server 7.0 tables which dynamically access 51 user interface screens and 19 reports developed with Crystal Reports 8.5 according to security access which is determined by either the system administrator or a user with a manager’s security level clearance. The system is specifically designed with extremely user-friendly interfaces to allow for the frequent turnover rate associated with a Customer Service Center environment. · Designed and implemented an MS Access 2000 database with Crystal Reports and Visual Basic GUI to track fare evasions for the PTC Violations Processing Center. · Designed and implemented a receiving and inventory system using an MS Access GUI and database for the set up of the PTC Customer Service Center tracking over $1,000,000 worth of furniture and equipment. · Acted as Quality Assurance Manager for in-house acceptance testing for Phase 3 of PTC Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) development. Duties included working with development team to create a detailed Test Plan, acting as liaison between testers and development team and overseeing 2 in-house testers for final acceptance test to be presented to client. · Designed progressive GUI layouts for various Detailed Design Documents using MS Visual Basic. · Developed documentation graphics using Adobe Photoshop 5.5.
