Work Terms

* The final delivered product will adhere to web standards.

* Initial cost estimate and project consultation is free of charge. A work proposal will be provided with itemized detail of anticipated job tasks.

* To begin work, a deposit payment is required. For most jobs, the deposit amount is 50% of the cost estimate.

* Regular updates and milestone achievements are sent by e-mail to client, alongside a development roadmap which illustrates the overall project progress.

* As visual results become available, client is invited to a project dev server to directly observe and verify ongoing development.

* The final amount due will be within 10% of the cost estimate. A categorized work log is included with delivery.

* If the job costs are due to exceed the 10% guarantee, work is halted pending advise from client. An adaptation plan and proposal is provided.

* When all deliverables are ready, client is invited to review and ensure the software meets expectation and all bid task items are reasonably met.

* Once client approval is gained and all remaining due amounts have been received, a software license for use is issued for a designated web site. Additional IP rights are negotiable.

* A quality assurance period is provided for 30 days following delivery. Bugs reported within this period are fixed without added fees. After this QA period, future fixes are considered new and separate billable work.

* Discounts available to those who will resell and/or repackage work.
