I prefer payment via Guru.com ESCROW, and contact via the project message board. I will also accept contact via phone, email, and instant messenger if the project requires it. I will provide an hourly rate for all project work and an estimate of hours required. Keep the hourly rate in mind when asking for changes to the project scope or requirements. I require 50% of the payment (based on estimated completion hours) to be in ESCROW before starting work. I will bill hours at the end of every week.
