Work Terms

Payment:
Unless other arrangements are agreed upon by us and you, we prefer to utilize Guru.com's Escrow System. On small short-term projects this will amount to a single payment. On larger long-term or on-going projects this will amount to milestone payments on multiple invoices in 2-week increments when possible.
Limit Warrantee and Serivce:
Unless arranged otherwise before the project work begins, we will make minor bug fixes on software deliverables as long as the bugs are reported to me within a reasonable period of time after you receive the deliverables. We consider reasonable up to 30 days after you receive the deliverables.
Note: We will work together with you to make sure the deliverable is free of "major" bugs.
