Work Terms

PAYMENT TERMS:
We work with employers who agrees to Guru's Escrow service. Employer can us through SafePay and we accept payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer
Funds. If situation demands we accept payments through PayPal also.

WORKING HOURS:
We normally works from 9AM-6PM, India Standard Time. But, if Employer is in different time zone then one or two team members will work for 1 or 2 hours daily in Employer's time zone for easy interactions.

COMMUNICATION:
Communication can happen through phone, e-mails and chat. Depending on project's criticality this can happen daily, weekly or any regular intervals. Similarly project status reports will also be shared with the Employer weekly or fortnightly.
