I create highly efficient, secure software to accomplish any task.

Within the almost decade of experience, I have designed and implemented systems that process very large volumes of data in a reusable, easy-to-read-and-implement fashion. This leads to a very intimate knowledge of computer organization and low level systems. Utilizing this for even the most high-level (high as in highly abstracted from the underlying hardware) systems allows me to implement highly efficient and secure code at the same rate that most others implement "clunky," insecure code.

In that experience, I have also found myself in almost every position leading the design and implementation of projects. With this background, I am able to solve extremely complex coding problems, using an extremely strong out-of-the-box, creative mindset.

I am also able to train others on the inner-workings of software and tools. With a sometimes unwelcome verbosity, I am often able to get even the most non-technical person to understand technical concepts beyond the grasp of some engineers. In that sense, I have excellent communication skills. However, the excess verbosity often makes me a poor salesperson.

Availability:

I am available via e-mail and will respond to inquiries within 1 business day unless I explicitly notify otherwise.

Payment:

In line with the recommendations of guru.com, I will accept payment for services through SafePay.

Terms of Service:

All work will be charged on an hourly basis. Any estimates are provided in good faith but are only approximate. The work is complete when all terms set forth in the initial service agreement have been met.

Warranties / Liability:

As with any product, any completed work is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The risk of use of any products produced lies solely with the hiring party.

In no event will I be held liable to the hiring party or any third party for any damages, including any general, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use, or lack of ability to use the created product.

Ownership:

The copyright to all code produced as the result of an agreement will be owned by the hiring party, who accepts the responsibilities contained therein.

Contractual Terms:

Both parties reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time for any reason. The hiring party reserves the right to withhold payment if I terminate the contract before completion. If the hiring party prematurely terminates the contract, they agree to compensate me for any hours worked up to the time of termination.
