Availability
We are available to our clients from Monday through Friday on a 24/7 basis and can be reached by telephone. We are happy to make appointments to talk on instant messenger as well as our own internal conference system.
Process
Initial communication should be done in-person provided that you are in our local market. Failing that, a conference call should be used. After all requirements are understood and agreed to, further communication can be less formal, though we prefer to have at least one SCRUM style call every Wednesday.
Cost and Payment Procedure
Sojourner Consulting wants to ensure a safe environment for the buyer as well as for Sojourner. To that effect we require the use of the SafePay Escrow service which ensures satisfaction should there be any disputes in the terms or the deliverable.
When paying through SafePay, we only accept payment by Check, E-Chec, or Wire Transfer.
