I have over 10 years experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on the user experience. I understand that the true value of a website or application is not in the bells and whistles, but in the core functionality that your users need to accomplish what they are trying to do. Visual C++ - Used exclusively for 4 years in college and used off and on since then.
Visual Basic – 5+ years of experience in both VBScript (for ASP) and Visual Basic 6.0. Limited experience with VB.Net
HTML – 10 years experience working with HTML.
CSS – 6+ years using CSS to build standards compliant and accessible websites
C# - Approximately 6 years of experience with C#. I began working with C# as soon as Microsoft released it as a beta. I have been using C# as a production development tool for approximately 4 years. I have mainly focused on using C# with ASP.Net, but have built several standard applications as well.
ASP.Net – Approximately 6 years working with ASP.Net using C#. I have written one large website in ASP.Net as well as several small to mid-sized intranet applications in ASP.Net. I have experience with all versions of the .Net framework, including the newly released 3.0 and the AJAX.Net libraries for AJAX development.
JavaScript – 8+ years of experience using JavaScript for websites, integrating it with ASP, PHP, and ASP.Net. 1 year of experience with jQuery javascript framework.
Microsoft SQL – 8+ years working with Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) on a regular basis. |

Payment Method
For clients that I am working with for the first time, I require that all payment is made through SafePay Escrow. I prefer Check, E-check or Wire Transfer for these payments, but if these are definitely not possible, then we can work out using another payment method. For repeat clients, we can discuss the method of payment that you would like to use.
Communication
I prefer to do as much communication via e-mail as possible, but I am also available via phone or instant messaging. Every project is different, so some projects require more direct communication than others, but I like to keep conversations to a minimum and as concise as possible, so I can focus on completing your project in the most timely manner.
Availability
I am generally available Mon-Thu 8am to 5pm Central time. I can be made available earlier or later as well as Fri-Sun when needed.

I am always open to feedback from you with regards to how you feel I am doing regarding your project. Feedback at the end of a project through this website is also greatly appreciated, but open and honest feedback throughout a project lifecycle is much more valuable to you than after the project is over. I will always provide honest feedback to my clients, so I hope that they will feel comfortable to do the same.
