Work Terms

nitial Phase: we spend some time understanding you and your project , during this period we create a "product wish list" , our Business Analyst works with you closely and becomes ready to take on the role of Product Owner. As we are an off-shore team, the business analyst's role is to representative the client and act as an observer and coordinator on a day to day basis Development Phase: the "Product wish list" is broken down into Monthly Milestone Release plans by our Senior Architect who targets certain features(usually core features) first up. Each month schedule is drilled down to a weekly sprint of features. During the week the features are tested by our full time inhouse tester and are eliminated. The entire process is monitored through a daily 15 minutes stand up meeting where we encourage the client to participate through skype, the entire project team is part of the meeting an address the progress, each task is also input in project management tool(Redmine). Payment terms: To ensure that our clients feel protected all the time, we raise invoice at the end of each week and get paid for what we actually deliver. We prefer getting paid week after week based on the actual hours that we have input. This is our preferred billing system as we are looking for long term project work. Alternatively if the you are very clear and have specific requirements we can work out a fixed price Quote and come to an agreement before the development phase is initiated.
