I am a problem solver, and I love a good challenge.
I've worked as a programmer for 14 years in the financial services and legal industries. My specialty began in Lotus Notes and Domino, but I've since moved on to web technologies such as Flash, PHP and Perl. Most recently, I've begin to specialize in Oracle and C#.Net.
From 2004 to 2011, I was the team lead and project manager for a group of programmers ranging in size from 3 to 7. I am meticulous about details, prevention-minded and deadline-driven. I work equally well alone or as part of a team.
I'm a multi-tasker, and I don't hesitate to wear as many hats as needed: business analyst, database architect, server administrator, customer service rep... you name it. Whatever it takes to reach the goal on time.

Work Terms

In terms of communication, I'm flexible to the needs of the project. Emails and text messages would be the preferred means of daily communication, with Skype/WebEx meetings twice weekly in the evenings (EST) as needed.
I'm most likely to be free from 6pm - 11pm EST, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
I'm flexible in terms of payment method.
