Description:
Speed LA Dating is a promising speed dating company based out of LA. They needed a web site which would allow users to find an event in their area, look up detailed information about the event, and pay for tickets.
The site is built on PHP5 and the Zend Framework. I developed the content management, integrated the payflow solution(s), and launched the site.
My responsibilities included:
- Simple CMS development- Database design
- Payment gateway integration
- Admin area
- General site-maintenance and webmaster duties
Some of the key design features include:
- Model-View-Control architecture
- DBMS independent models
- Database result caching
- Configurable though config files
- Secure design - code is kept outside of the web root
- Advanced payment gateway integration
