FLEXIBILITY
Having been in this business for over 20 years I know that it is very rare for a customer to know precisely what they want when a project begins. It is very common for customers to change directions in "mid-stream" in order to handle new circumstances or ideas. I try to be very flexible and anticipate potential changes that might be needed when I'm developing software so that it will be easy to change at a later time should the need arise. Flexibility requires frequent communication with the customer which I encourage. I am available by phone, e-mail, IM, Skype, and fax.
