We work to create software that is a pleasure to read, easy to maintain, and designed for growth.
For 17 years I've been working with clients to produce the best software we could as a team. I started my career in software development as a Navy contractor working on a communication system. Later I consulted with a mid sized bank in Gainesville, FL, developing an application that tracked signatures and provided an easy way for bank tellers to verify they were giving cash to the right people. In the last few years I've worked for an insurance company, a dog food company, and an online site for contractors to connect with contracts (not guru).
My emphasis while working on my masters has been evolutionary computation and artificial intelligence. I apply strong skills in mathematics and probability to work toward solutions for some of our most complex problems. I've worked in such fields as protein folding and speech recognition.
Today I can apply all of this experience to your problem and work to find the best possible solution for today and the future. I can also leverage the contacts I've made to bring other strong developers to bear on your project if it merits the extra man power.
Your completed project will be easy to maintain, and come with a complete set of unit tests.

Working with customer to produce software that not only meets specifications, but does so without undue complexity is my goal. Work Terms

All payments must be made through an agreed upon escrow service.
Communication by phone or video conference at least once a week, more early in the life of the project. Constant contact by email or IM when problems arise. Face to face meetings when needed and where possible.
Office hours can be adjusted to meet the needs of the client.
Discounts may be offered for software based on licensing. Details will be included in any proposal.
