Highlights
|
As a technical trainer/curriculum developer for a large, global corporation, I have written many user guides, study guides, instructor guides, training manuals, and policy and procedure documents. I love the creative aspect of developing documentation will take every possible measure to make your product look great!
I often supplement training materials with PowerPoint presentations for traditional and e-classroom instruction and use Captivate to create supplemental tools training that makes it easy for customers to access whenever needed. One of my secret pleasures is the Wiki. I teach classes on using Wiki technology and am highly proficient and thoroughly enjoy creating/editing/maintaining Wiki pages. In addition to wiki training, I also teach four other classes, one of which is an e-class and another an asynchronous class on Blackboard. My audience consists of military, government, and DoD contractors.
I'm new to the world of freelance, but 20 years of military experience has ensured I have the discipline to work independently as well as in a team environment; can demonstrate the highest levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines; posses strong interpersonal skills; and, am highly customer oriented taking pride in delivering high quality, customized product.
