I have worked in the publishing and public relations industry for more than 15 years. My speciality is designing effective newsletters and e-mail communications for businesses and non-profits looking to increase their community visibility.

Work Terms
|
Work terms vary by project, but we tend to stick to the following:
- We may ask new clients for 50 percent upon starting and 50 percent within three business days of the work being submitted.
- We do two rounds of normal editing/revisions. We will do more if necessary, but we try to get all necessary changes at once to avoid a long revision process.
- All invoices and escrow funds must be released within three days of submitting the work.
- Turnaround time varies, but we strive to always meet the deadline agreed upon in our project agreement.
