Highlights
|
During the 7 years that I helped build a software consulting company from 10 employees to more than 100, I wore every writing role hat in the business. My deliverables ranged from standard technical documents such as user guides, to a variety of business documents (statements of work and responses to RFPs), to marketing materials.
Our customers were mainly in the medical industry, Johnson & Johnson affiliates and Abbott, but I also delivered an extensive and successful project for Avon.
Before that job, I earned my Masters degree and served an internship at a national publication (SQL Server Magazine). The staff of writers and editors there taught me the value of producing truly solid writing.
I pride myself on creating readable, usable content that fulfills its targeted goal.
