Work Terms

Payment Terms
All payments must be made through the Guru escrow service. This is for both your protection and mine.
For projects worth more than $500, invoices will be generated on a weekly basis and are due upon receipt.
For projects worth $500 or less, 50% is due when the project is 50% complete. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final product.
Project Requirements
All requirements will be defined and agreed to by both parties. Any changes outside the scope of the original requirements, must be requested and agreed to in writing and additional fees may apply.
Communication
I will respond to both emails and phone calls in a timely manner. For the duration of your project, you will receive a weekly status report each Monday.
General Availability
I am available to discuss your project during business hours:
Mon through Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If your specific project requires a different schedule, please let me know in advance and I will make arrangements to accommodate your needs when possible.
