I am honest, intelligent and very driven to provide my clients the kind of attention and quality they deserve. I understand that company decision-makers face many daily pressures, and my goal is to provide some relief from them.
I have created operating procedures, writers' guidelines, reports, ads, and more for a wide range of clients. For my advertising agency clients, I have written approximately 200 articles (500 words each) to promote websites focused on various franchise sales, bariatric surgery, and stock options trading. In addition, I have worked as a ghostwriter to create a motivational e-book for a client in the financial sector.
I worked for a Defense Contractor for four (4) years and was appointed the Quality Assurance Department Proofreader for many types of deliverable documents including purchase specifications, final inspection records, and operating manuals. I wrote or edited, as needed, all inter-departmental communications, and worked with the CIS department to secure required programming for the Q.A. Department.
I've worked as Office Manager/Bookkeeper at a collision shop, an optometrist office, and in a public accounting firm. I have trained as a machinist, and earned a Certified Pharmacy Technician designation. As a curious consumer, I have seen and analyzed thousands of commercials, ads, and direct mail pieces.

I prefer to use SafePay Escrow for all transactions.
I believe email and fax are the best communication methods, as they provide a means of reference in the event of confusion. For urgent matters, or matters requiring much discussion, I would opt to use the telephone. I prefer to allow my client to decide the frequency of contact with me, as well as the method, based on the project requirements.
