Work Terms

Work Method
I have a lot of experience working independently with little or no supervision. I am comfortable with doing my own research and can work off material provided. Initial discussion can be done over the phone or through emails the details of the project. A onetime meeting can also be arranged to work out the details. A project plan and agreement will be submitted to you within a maximum of 24 hours of initial discussions.

The sign-off will contain all the details of the project, a service agreement, the exact deliverables, the hours and also the costing. The service agreement will detail deadlines, SLAs etc.

Mid-way through the work progress status report, formal feedback and review can be arranged. The frequency and format can be worked out according to your needs and availability. I always allow time for review, feedback and rework.

If re-work takes extra time, if the fault is completely mine, I will work to complete the project based on agreed amounts. I am committed at delivering the best quality and will deliver on-time every time.

I am available through email 24 hours a day 365 days a year and will notify you in advance if there would be a period of non availability. I usually can reply within 2 hours during the day (I am on Mountain Time) and usually late into the nights. I am also open to phone contact as per you requirements. I usually prefer IMs and emails to exchange information after an initial voice conversation (voice chat works) if possible.
