Work Terms

Because of my confidence in my ability, I offer firm fixed performance/milestone based pricing. Fee + Commission. Our measurement of success is based on those things we control. Our experiences are often we get clients "to negotiations for an award" and they can not close as a result of pricing or inability to demonstrate financial and or technical ability to perform. Therefore we have a sliding scale of fee plus performance bonus (commission) based on: compliant proposals, technically acceptable, clarification, and negotiations
