Software Skills:	As an eLearning Production Company, we have written, directed and produced full online programs, *Instructor-Led training, Webinars, and Learning Objects. Production tools include Adobe Flash, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, as well as digital video production. We have worked with a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS) including Blackboard, eCollege, Moodle, Absorb, Canvas, Claroline, Haiku, and Sakai. Our primary skill is matching the appropriate eLearning* tools and strategy to the clients' needs and budget.
Additional Skills:	Each project begins will a script. We work together with each client to deliver an *appropriate and effective production script*. Clients may take the script to any vendor for pricing, or we will deliver a production proposal along with our script delivery.

Work Terms

eLearning is fun, effective and affordable. However, each project requires a solid foundation, based on an awareness of organizational needs, and target-audience requirements. We have a simple production path for each project:
Development
Each project begins with Learning Objectives, based on client need and audience specifications. From this foundation a production script is developed, in close collaboration with the client. Script writing includes a Concept Framework, Storyline and Application, Assessment and Final Script. eLearning scripts are written with complete production detail, and ready for an RFP.
Production
Projects are competitively bid from multimedia specifications in the production script, including Flash Interactions, Multimedia and Video Production.
Delivery
Once the course or module has been produced, reviewed and approved by the client, Point-Productions works with IT staff, or your LMS provider to install the SCORM compliant Learning Objects, for organizational deployment.
