The EyeForms Project
The original scope for EyeForms.com was to create an online subscription-based service to be sold for $399.00, which would allow subscribers to download and print PDF forms, access text-based information and watch basic, talking-head training videos.
I became much more involved in the overall design, contributing to its general philosophy, training objectives, form design, content design, and many other creative logistics. Seeing greater potential, the client and their investors decided to expand the features of the product and increase the rate of subscription (from $399 to btw $999 and $1500) to receive a greater return on investment.

Payment: Utilize SafePay Escrow until established relationship w/client. Additional charge for employers paying Invoices or Escrow Requests via Credit Card (4%) or PayPal (2.5%).
1/3 to 1/2 up front for project-based work based upon size of project budget, with agreed upon milestone payments.
