Work Terms

- Employer understands Cutting-Edge Placements (C-EP) is also an employer (aside for working on projects alone), will not micro-manage, and leave management of projects up to C-EP.

- Compensation, no less then $15.00 an hour, deposited directly to bank, Pay Pal or SafePay account.

- Compensation will be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis

- Employer will provide the option of a flexible schedule part-time or full-time. (P/T less then 8 hours and F/T 8 hours or over)

- Employer e-mails worksheet (spreadsheet) with list of numbers, names and addresses to call to C-EP; understanding employee will add on a results, calls, etc. column(s) for own use

- Employer also understands some jobs may be assigned to a team of available home workers for telemarketing or tele-sales and all correspondence from home workers will be addressed through C-EP management, not the employer providing the project.

- 1099 Candidate/Employee will work from his/her home office or reasonable environment in order to accomplish set tasks/goals and will be responsible for tracking and paying own taxes.

- Employer understands there is no obligation to provide medical, vision or dental insurance unless decides to do so.

- If job is allotted to a home worker, C-EP will bill the employer Net 10-15 and be responsible to pay 1099 contracted employees.
