Work Terms

I enjoy the challenge of diverse projects, temporary jobs and contract employment terms and enjoy the flexibility of working from a home office environment while I still have teens under the age of eighteen living at home.

BOOK DEAL - PAYMENT TERMS: I typically provide ghostwriting services with the following work terms & conditions:
33% upfront, upon acceptance of contract terms and signature of NDA
33% at mid-point of project timeline
34% upon completion of work assignment and at a maximum of two revisions.

ARTICLE - PAYMENT TERMS:
$35.00 per article, not for publication until 100% of payment is paid. Client does NOT own any materials until full payment is completed. Payment is due within 24 hours of receipt of article.

CONDITIONS: will sign a non-disclosure agreement and after payment for my services. I also provide all editing, proofing and a maximum of 1 re-write, per Author's request.

COLLECTIONS: Should payments fall behind more than 4 weeks, from due date -payment automatically is considered in arrears a formal filing in federal court by Attorney collection service is prepared and submitted in my state of residence,

NOTE: Unfortunately Guru Writers tend to be stiffed on final payments by some clients and in order to eliminate this issues, several writers have established a contract with our attorney group to avoid major revenue losses.
