Work Terms

For most matters, I am willing to work fixed bid. However, please understand that there may be some situations such as litigation, negotiations, etc. where fixed bid is not possible as the scope of work cannot be readily determined. If the scope of the work falls more within the purview of one of my partner's, I will work with you to get a quote from them which we will both honor. I will always work with you to get you the best possible price.

For matters under $400, I usually ask that payment be made up front before work will be performed. For matters over this amount, I will accept a 1/2 down, 1/2 on completion. In rare cases, I will work on a payment plan.

All work product is delivered to you in MS Word format. I typically allow one round of modifications as included in the fees paid; however, this is negotiable depending on the project.
