Work Terms
|
Master Service Agreement
All new clients will be required to sign a Master Service Agreement, outlining the parameters of our consulting services. Included in this agreement is a confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, and copyright statements.
Statements of Work
Each project will have a written Statement of Work, which will outline the scope of the project, all deliverables, timelines and cost estimates. This document must be signed prior to work commencing. Subsequent projects do not require new Master Service Agreements.
Payment Methods
Payment methods may vary, based on the size and scope of the project. Most projects will require 50% of the project fees up front and 50% upon completion of the project.
Larger projects will have a payment schedule included in the Statement of Work. Invoices are made through SafePay Invoices or, if required within the Statement of Work, SafePay Escrow.
