Payment terms
We engage customers in two types of projects depending on your preference:
Per hour - Gives you the flexibility to change your mind frequently. Does not require a lot of up front time planning every detail of the project. This project type is the most used by our clients. These projects typically see results within days.
Fixed Bid - Gives you the assurance of the cost of the project. However, it requires much more planning up front for us to be able to create an estimate that we are confident in.
Big fixed bid projects are broken out into milestone payments.
For projects over US$1000, the payment terms are as follows:
25% Upfront
25% on completion of Analysis & Design Phase
25% at Project Midpoint
25% at Project Completion
For projects below US$1000, the payment terms are as follows:
50% Upfront
50% at Project Completion
Communication - During the project development process you will be able to communicate directly with the programmers and managers via phone, instant messenger, email, and Skype if preferred. Video conference is also possible.
Support - All projects are supported for 3 months for FREE. This is for bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Ownership of Code - At the end of the project, all rights and codes are transfered to you so that you have 100% ownership.
