I have worked in house for several of the largest advertising agencies in the mid-west on Fortune 500 accounts. Now work on my own terms, instead of the mans! This means I can offer great results on a fraction of the budget that the agencies charge.

I really enjoy working with small businesses and forming relationships with my clients. The more I get to know a business, the easier it is for me to offer relevant solutions and make suggestions that can make an impact.

No project is too small, a simple business card or flier is no problem. No project is too large either, I have relationships with printers, programmers, writers and just about anyone else I might need to pull in on a project if needed.

I offer a complete range of services for online solutions, not only design and development; but also hosting, domain names, tracking, reporting, ecommerce and more.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I take it serious. I will work hard to ensure my clients are happy and taken care of. Word of mouth referrals are my favorite lead sources. Guru is great, but over the years they have become a bit more focused on their own revenue, than the individual.

Software Skills:	Between Adobe & Microsoft pretty much anything is possible, and I have them nailed. I have been using these products professionally since the days of the i386, Windows 3.1 and Photoshop 2.5! Most new work is being done inside the Drupal content system, unless requirements dictate otherwise.
Additional Skills:	- Project Management - Brand Development - Product and Food Photography - Signage DRUPAL! Drupal ROCKS! This content system allows fully functional, and user updatable sites to be created for as little as $500! Sites can scale up to massive sizes. AOL, Sony, MTV, Warner Brothers, Popular Science and the US Government (whitehouse.gov) have all implemented Drupal based sites in their organizations! I am a Drupal Association Individual Member.

Work Terms

In most cases a 25% to 30% deposit is required up front. This helps me know a customer is serious and not going to have a project hang out in the wind for years. Yes, it happens! Depending on the project, additional payments maybe required at key delivery points as work progresses and is signed off. This is negotiable.

Generally, it is hard to develop much of a website for under $500, but it possible in some cases, and I do give extra consideration to worthy not-for-profits.

Telephone, email and Guru are all viable communication methods, email is preferred once a project gets going. For larger projects I prefer to use a collaboration site I have developed to track communication, documents, bugs and such. It protects both parties.

When developing a database driven site, whether it be Drupal or anything else, I highly recommend the sites be hosted on one of my production servers. This helps eliminate any compatibility issues that might arise with the configuration of the web server. It can be difficult to track down a server issue on a system I am unfamiliar with. I have carefully adapted a development enviroment that matches my production servers to avoid issues. This eliminates the situation where the hosting company blames my code and I blame their servers, when I manage the servers, the buck stops with me! In all cases the customer will still retain complete ownership of their domain(s) at all times. My hosting fees closely match our beat the industry standards!
