Work Terms

Terms and conditions: Universal Web DeZine is not liable for the delays to the project due to lack of feedback and communication from the client. Client shall be liable to the Developer for all costs and expenses incurred during the project. Quoted price is valid for 15 business days and is based on information available at this time.

Minor Updates
Addition or removal of an image and anything that constitutes as a minor change which excludes - addition of a new page(s), deletion of page(s), changes to the layout structure, colors and formatting, dynamic content, database implementation and data capture using web based forms.

Major Updates and Changes to the site
New static (text and images) page will cost $100 each. Cost for dynamic content such as forms, secure login, quizzes, surveys, self assessments and rich media content such as, flash animations, video and sound will be quoted after determining the overall scope and requirements.

Ownership of content
Depending on the scope of the project, Universal Web DeZine will provide the client with a copy of the web site in its current state for free. The domain will also be released to the new party, if necessary. Any source files pertaining to the project is the property of Universal Web DeZine. Universal Web DeZine reserves the right to place a link on client’s web site in an inconspicuous location, usually in the footer of the site.
