Work Terms
|
Firstly the payment terms on which we agree is as per the client's satisfaction with our relation. We also respect Client's terms for payment and we can mutually agree this by clarify the project milestones but we would only work with milestone .
Other Terms:
1. All communication will be in project message board and may be via email provided to buyer.
2. Before starting the project buyer needs to make a safepay for first milestone if any, otherwise for small projects must submit some safepay amount.
3. After each completed milestone buyer must deposit another one for further work.
4. We will not accept any amount outside the safepay..
Our work Policy :
1. For the Desktop or mobile application like in Android,.NET we only bid for executable file or server upload, we do not provide the source code for such applications, If buyer needs the source code along with exe.file then he needs to pay separately.
2. For Open source applications and websites we provide complete source code and server upload facility.
3. After upload on client server and tested by Client properly and If we got everything fine from Client after then we would fix everything as an additional.
