Payment
We use Guru.com Escrow for all first time clients. We use Guru.com Safe Pay Invoice for those clients who have established a payment history with us. We use Guru.com Arbitration for cases where clients do not pay for work product we have agreed upon, either in scope or in content.
Proposal
We develop custom tailored proposals outlining the scope of work, deliverables and timeframe for completion. Together, we review the proposal to ensure we're on the same page in regards to expectations.
Availability
This is our full-time gig, so we're available via phone or email during standard work hours---and longer when you need us.
