PROJECT COST AND QUOTES
All services are provided on a fixed-cost basis. Each client is counseled individually to accurately define the full scope of service at the outset, calculating quotes that take all project requirements into consideration - from initial discovery to fine-tuning, fact correction and revision.
PAYMENT TERMS
One-half is due at project acceptance with the remainder due prior to delivery of the Word document. (Alternately, clients may request a locked PDF preview draft before processing the second payment.)
BUSINESS HOURS
Standard business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET Monday through Friday, with communications received on weekends or U.S. holidays addressed the following Monday when business resumes.
COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY
All initial project direction, draft feedback and revision requests are presented in writing or via email for legal and billing purposes. Email messages are addressed promptly within just one business day.
