When you get started with NetSmart Media you will have a Account Manager that reports to you weekly about the progress of your site. You will receive detailed reports about the work done to your site and the traffic we have generated for you.

Work Terms

When you decide to work with NetSmart Media you will be assigned a Account Manager that communicates with you (at minimum) on a weekly basis. Of course, you can contact your Account Manager at any time you like, but our goal is to work in the background, provide great results, and let you do what you do best: Run Your Business.

We also have a Managing Director that you can interact if an issue needs to be escalated. It's important that you know we have an accountability structure in place so you are always protected. Our services are high-touch and high-traffic which equals exceptional results for you.
