Our process is designed to protect the investments of both our Company, and the client. Typically when working through Guru.com we prefer to use Escrow for payments. We desire to provide the very best quality results in the most efficient manner possible, so that we are able to reduce costs, and provide our superior quality service at reduced rates to our clients. This makes our Company the best value.
Typically there are three stages to any project:
1) Consultation and Planning: We review with a client what his goals and objectives are with regard to his project. We listen carefully to our client's needs and ideas, and we add our own professional opinions to the mix. We always provide free consultation to prospective clients. Once we agree on the concept, we will go ahead and create an agreement through Guru, and ask for Escrow to be posted. Once Escrow has been posted we can move on to the next stage.
2) Sketches and initial concept planning and presentation. This stage is designed to communicate our ideas to the client before starting actual implementation. It allows a client to review our ideas and make any necessary modifications before we actually create the codes.
3) Final implementation. We also provide a review process to fine tune the final implementation, to make sure that every angle is covered.
