Work Terms

Clear Koncept Project Procedures:
1) You Award Project through Guru.
2) Send Project Agreement with price and project details and expectations.
3) Upon agreement acceptance, we invoice you 50% of the total project cost. The remainder is due upon project completion.
4) We will then create the first draft of the site and send it to you within 3 business days.
5) Upon review, you will email us your comments and suggestions regarding the site within 2 days. We will update the draft per your comments and reissue them to you for further review until you are satisfied with the design.
6) Once you notify us of your approval, we will code the final draft into your actual website, adding any flash, animation, additional content or advanced programming at this time.
7) Test and review your site; afterward we will make any necessary final adjustments.
8) We invoice you for 2nd half of project cost, and complete your project by uploading the site to your server.
