Vikas is responsible for enabling efficient Program Management practices, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations. He ensures unmatched service experience to all TechAhead's customers and address offshore/outsourcing concerns at early stage ensuring that the company gets a right platform to deliver and grow to tune of best in the industry. Prior to this, Vikas headed the engineering function at BrickRed Technologies as Vice President and played a leading role in creating another startup Whizlabs . His key strengths span people management, communication, liasoning, customer relations, and creating high performance teams

Jitin Narang

COO

Jitin Narang leads operations and manages the finance function at TechAhead. With one eye on transactions and another on client value creation, Jitin drives the team to deliver excellence consistently. Jitin's entrepreneurial journey started when he co-founded a Web development company 10 years ago. When dot coms were bursting like bubbles, Jitin managed to stay afloat. Later in his career, he got an opportunity to lead the flagship Java product line at Whizlabs. In SME sector, Whizlabs is known for being a pioneer in focusing on IT products and using online marketing to reach out to a global customer base. NASSCOM judged them to be one among the top six most innovative IT startups.

He has helped clients like CitiFinancial and GM optimize their online campaigns. He also lend his expertise to Timesjobs for their Career Services and BrickRed Software for their online marketing initiatives. Recently, he enabled and managed the most successful viral program for Plan India, an NGO, to reach out to more than 3 lac individuals.

Jitin Narang belongs to a rare breed of entrepreneurs who instantly inspire the highly underrated virtue of humility when you meet them. Manoj K Verma

CTO

Over 12 years of experince, worked with organization like HP, CISCO. He started his enterpenural journey in 2005 by founding a software company, exited out of it in 2010.

His experience involve Requirement Analysis, Designing IT solutions to Business Problems, Managing Logistics Operations, Opening & establishing new logistics hubs for better operation, Database design & management, recruiting and managing team.

He has worked at various stages of software development and was very closely associated with SDLC. Excellent exposure of technology and there limitations, good experience of designing & implementing softwares as per customers' requirement. He has in-depth understanding of software development practices of International standards.
